Kate Purdie
Kate is the Founder and a Managing Partner of six05 Ltd. Her area of expertise is international management with a focus on executive communications and employee engagement.
Purdie hails from New York and resides in London. She holds a B.A. in Communications and an MBA in Global Marketing from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business.
Prior to launching six05 Ltd. Kate spent 15 years in the media industry, most recently as Director of Marketing & Communications for Discovery Networks International. At Discovery Kate oversaw marketing, corporate communications and employee relations for 37 markets across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Kate's passion for international management grew during her career at the media provider Corbis, where she served as VP, Global Marketing & Communications. She also held leadership roles in sales and emerging businesses during her time at Corbis, with posts in Los Angeles, Seattle, Paris and New York.
Kate is an active member of the CIM and the CIPR, and lectures as an adjunct profesor in the field of communications.
